On February 1, 2026, we proudly opened the doors of Sushigokoro Jun here in Otaru.

The star of our restaurant is not the chef — it’s you. Sweet, full-bodied rice grown in the fertile soil of Hokkaido, and the freshest seafood nurtured by the rough seas of Otaru. The moment those two meet is yours to create, right in the palm of your hand.

The crisp snap of nori, the rich flavor of seasonal fish at its peak, and the fragrant aroma of freshly cooked Hokkaido rice. A single roll packed with your own taste and intuition will surely be the most delicious thing in the world.
